開關用PET

DK10、DK11 聚酯薄膜系由聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（PET）經熔融鑄片、雙軸定向拉伸而制得。是我公司在引進日本全套生產設備和製造技術的基礎上為適應市場而開發的產品。DK10、DK11 聚酯薄膜具有厚度公差好、熱收縮率低、平整度好、油墨、銀漿附著力強等特點，通過 SGS 有害化學物質檢測。廣泛應用於薄膜開關、柔性電路等領域。

DK10 & DK11 is a biaxial oriented polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film through melting, casting and stretching.
It has good thickness tollerance, super low thermal shrinkage, uniform surface, excellent adhesion with ink & silvering.
DK10 & DK11 has been certified by UL and passed toxic and hazardous substance detection (SGS Report). It is widely used in the fields of membrane switches and flexible printing circuits.

DK10 為透明薄膜，DK11 為霧化薄膜。
DK10 is a transparent film, and DK11 is a hazy film.

1 技術要求 Technical requirements
1.1 外觀 Appearance
薄膜成卷供應，薄膜表面應平整光潔，不應有折皺、撕裂、顆粒、氣泡、針孔和外來雜質等缺陷，薄膜邊緣應整齊無破損。
The film is supplied in rolls. Its surface should be flat and smooth, and should be free of defects such as wrinkles, avulsions, particulate matter, blisters, pinholes and contaminations. Edges of rolls should be tidy and clean.

1.2 厚度範圍及公差 Thickness and Tolerance
厚度範圍 50um ～150um，推薦優選的標稱厚度如下：75um、100um、125um、150um。
100um 及以下薄膜的厚度公差為標稱厚度的+/-5%， 大於 100um 薄膜的厚度公差為標稱厚度的+/-4%。
Recommended nominal thickness as following: 75um, 100um, 125um, 150um.
